LG G Flex announced with vertically curved 6-inch 720p screen, 'self-repairing' back cover

LG's  unveiled  all  the  details for its often-leaked ,  curved screen smartphone. Weighing  in  at 177g with a 6-inch (but 720p) curved OLED display, it's  powered  by a  Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM, with a 13-megapixel camera housed above the two rear control buttons, which is now LG's thing. In comparison to Samsung's Galaxy Round, the screen on the G Flex arcs from top to bottom, not side-to-side, which at least makes a little more sense to us, hopefully fitting in better to the curvature of the users' face. We're yet to handle either curved phone IRL just yet, however, when we'll be able to offer up a better perspective on how both devices actually feel.

iPhone 8 rumours are so contradictory these days, it's hard to believe what's true and what's not. However, when the Intel comes from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, you can't help but presume it's true. In a fresh note to his investors, Kuo claims that the iPhone 8 is facing several production issues, indicating that the production cycle won't begin before October or November. Samsung India on Friday began sending invites for a Galaxy J-series smartphone launch in Gurgaon on Monday. The company is expected to launch the Galaxy J7 Prime, which was launched in Vietnam in late August. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime was tipped by an established Mumbai retailer to launch soon in India. Mahesh Telecom claimed the smartphone would launch at Rs. 18,790, and will sport an MRP of Rs. 19,400. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is the upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016), and features a fingerprint sensor on the home button in addition.
