Samsung has officially released the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Note II phablet . The update for the Galaxy Note II is being rolled out via OTA (over-the-air) and Samsung's desktop app, KIES. The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy Note II is about 700MB in size and is also available in India.
